The HOUSEBOATSTUDIO furniture workshop is located in Old Town, Florida, 32 miles from nowhere on the historic Suwannee River. The 1,680 sqft, Dutch-style barn was built by the Smith Brothers in the 70's for retired house builder and woodworker Robert Neir. The workshop is continuously being improved upon, including plans to convert the loft level into a sports lounge and movie theatre.
