Mitchell
Nebraska Drew III, 25, of Vail, Colo., died June 3, 2003, in Locust
Fork, Ala. Born in Tampa,
he was a graduate of Auburn University and a member of the Beta Theta
Pi fraternity. He married the love of his life, Leah, on May 19, 2001.
They resided in Vail and together enjoyed God’s beautiful outdoors.
He was a volunteer for Special Olympics of Vail and was a member of
Vail Bible Church. Mitch was devoted to his family, church, friends
and most of all, Jesus Christ. In life he believed "only souls
matter on this earth." Other survivors include his mother, Robie
M. Drew of Tallahassee; his father, Mitchell N. Drew Jr. (and wife
Gaye) of Tallahassee; three sisters, L.A. Drew, Taylor Ann Drew and
Sarah Elizabeth Drew, all of Tallahassee; a stepbrother, Garrett Maier
of Tallahassee; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell N. Drew Sr.
of Tuscaloosa, Ala., Ann Everitt Drew of Tallahassee and the Rev. and
Mrs. Robert McAllister of Winter Park; and extended family and friends.
He will be missed by all who knew him. |
