This ultra high-end condominium is located on the 39th floor of the Sovereign Building in Atlanta Georgia. The client challenged PFVS Architects to transform a previously traditional and bland home into a truly unique, contemporary, and sophisticated living space. Every detail was meticulously designed and carried out, creating a rich and refined array of spaces and materials. Acting as project architect, Nate began the home at the concept phase and followed through on every aspect of the job, including working drawings, coordination, and construction administration, until its completion in the spring of 2009.
