The Covington Civic Center is a mixed use project with a 1200 seat theatre, restaurant, convention center, atrium, and hotel. Working with the principal in charge at PFVS, Nate produced all presentation and working drawings, including the schematics package, detailed plans, concept renderings, presentation images, walkthroughs, code analysis, area and cost analysis, contractor bid process, and presentation to the County Task Force.
