For this project, Nate was supplied with a detailed program and square footage requirements, then produced a set of presentation renderings and schematic drawing set for the design and layout of the entire site, including storage buildings, warehouse, and maintenance facilities. Precise area allotments and adjacencies of specific program elements were of great importance. The exterior design of the maintenance building is a refection of the path of 3 planes taking off in sequence.
